Wyoming Area School District has partnered with PrimeroEdge for our new Food Services POS system.  Through this partnership, they offer SchoolCafe which allows parents to create user accounts, apply funds, setup auto-pay, view menus, and many other cafeteria related services.  Please download the user guide for more information on how to create an account.  There is also a screenshot in the documents section to show the WASD School Cafe login screen.
You will need to know a StudentID to create an initial account and then you can add other household students by linking their StudentID from within your SchoolCafe account.

COMMUNITY ELIGIBILITY PROVISION (CEP)

The Wyoming Area School District has implemented a provision known as the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for the 2024-2025 school year.  This program is available to schools and districts that are participating in the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs.  For more information see the Press Releases section of the website below or click the direct link for the Wyoming Area School District CEP Letter 2024-2025.  

P-EBT and SunBucks Information

Pandemic Electronic Benefit Transfer (P-EBT) and SunBucks will help families cover the cost of breakfasts and lunches their children would have been eligible to receive for free or at reduced price through the National School Lunch Program. Although P-EBT was originally believed to be a short-term program, it has now transformed into a longer-term federal response.  The following link will redirect you to the PA Department of Human Services and the P-EBT Informational pages...
