Facilities Use Information and Policies

Any requests needed to be approved on the agenda by the School Board, which includes use of building facilities, conferences, fundraisers, must be received by Denise Holmes, Board Secretary, five days prior to the work session. The work session is held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. No requests will be taken after that date or after the work session. Any information received after the work session will go on the next month’s agenda. Also, all forms must be filled out and submitted with your requests (use of facilities form, routing sheet, event order). These revised forms for 2017 can be picked up in the business office or downloaded by clicking the attached document provided.

Please be advised that the Business Office is now requesting that a separate routing sheet be completed for each event.

EXAMPLE:  If you will be having events running concurrently, a separate sheet must be completed for each day between months.
